Large two level cabin that can sleep up to eight people. Downstairs is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is also a living room with oversized couches and chairs and a kitchen area with a table & chair set, refrigerator, and microwave. Upstairs is a loft area with two double beds, two twins and a second bathroom with tiled tub. Outside there is a covered front porch and a large deck in the back.

We have six of these beautiful large one room cabins. They are a duplex so you share a large covered porch with the cabin next to you but both cabins have a private entrance and bath. Each cabin has two queen beds and a twin day bed. There is also a table & chair set and a vanity area with a second sink. These bathrooms all have a tub/shower combo.

Ponderosa Cabins			Sleeps up to 6
Both of these cabins are large two room cabins with a bath and a half. They are also a duplex so they both share the same large covered porch. The first bathroom is large with a tub/shower combo and the second is just a half bath. The first cabin has a queen in the first room and then a queen and a double in the second. The second cabin has a queen in the first room and a queen and two twin daybeds in the second room. Both cabins sleep up to six and the creek runs directly behind them.

Deluxe Ponderosa Cabins			Sleeps 6 & 7
Our Deluxe Ponderosa cabins sit right behind the creek that runs through the ranch! Each has two bathrooms, the first with a tub/shower combo and the second with just a shower. They also each have a large private covered porch. The first sleeps six with a queen and twin daybed in each room. The second sleeps seven with a queen and twin bed in the first room then a queen and two twin daybeds in the second room.

POLICIES & MORE

DEPOSITS:
Deposits are due by check only, 10 days from the date the reservation is made for 50%.

TRAVEL AGENTS PLEASE NOTE:
Agent commissions cannot be paid on daily rate reservations, or on special or discounted package rates. Commissions will be paid when reservation is initiated and booked by a qualified agent. Commission policy applies to non-discounted package rates only.

CANCELLATIONS:
Because we, like a cruise line, make a lot of advance preparations in anticipation of our guests arrival, the following policies regarding cancellations will be enforced:

ALL RENTAL HOME RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO
A 60-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE & $150.00
CANCELLATION FEE.

ALL CABIN RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO
A 45-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE.
Reservations cancelled after deposit is received, and more than 45 days prior to arrival, will be refunded less a $65.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, no-shows, or cancellations made after arrival at the ranch are subject to forfeiture of the total amount paid, unless the space can be re-sold. Balance of charges due upon arrival are non-refundable.
